From today onwards, we will share with you recipes for exquisite dishes that are perfect for any celebration. Although many of us love eating caviar on a buttered bread or even enjoying pure caviar, there are many simple recipes that will help you surprise your guests with originality while saving time and money.
The first and easiest recipe is buttered bread!
How to make buttered bread with red caviar even more delicious and attractive? Add avocado! This festive appetizer will surely impress your guests!
The preparation is simple.
You just need to mix the avocado flesh with butter until you get a smooth paste for the bread. It’s easier and quicker to use an immersion blender, but if you don’t have one, you can do it manually. The most important thing is that the avocado is soft and ripe, so you can easily mash it with a fork.
Tip! Take the butter out of the refrigerator an hour before preparation, so it becomes very soft and slightly melted.
Total time: 10 minutes | Preparation time: 5 minutes Yield: 4 servings | Caloric content: 320.15 kcal per 100 g
INGREDIENTS
Avocado (ripe, large) – 0.5 pcs
Softened butter – 50 g
Red caviar – 1 jar
Salt – 1 pinch
Baguette with sesame seeds – 0.5 pcs
Chopped dill – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 0.5 tsp
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the flesh – if the fruit is ripe, this will be easy. Sprinkle the flesh with lemon juice to prevent it from browning.
Mix the avocado flesh with the softened butter, salt to taste, and blend everything together using an immersion blender.
You will get a uniform spread of a pleasant light green color.
Slice the white baguette into small pieces. If desired, you can toast the slices in a pan, but I prefer the baguette to remain soft.
