1. Cream Soup with Smoked Fish and Caviar

Ingredients:

  • Hot-smoked fish – 200 g

  • Potatoes – 3 pcs

  • Onion – 1 pc

  • Cream (20%) – 200 ml

  • Red caviar – 50 g (for serving)

  • Butter – 30 g

  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes and onion in a small amount of water until tender.

  2. Blend the vegetables with a blender, add butter and cream, and mix well.

  3. Break the smoked fish into pieces and add it to the soup.

  4. Serve the soup in bowls, garnished with red caviar and fresh herbs.




2. Layered Salad with Red Caviar and Fish

Ingredients:

  • Hot-smoked fish (trout or salmon) – 200 g

  • Red caviar – 150 g

  • Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs

  • Boiled carrot – 1 pc

  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs

  • Mayonnaise – 100 g

  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Grate the potatoes, carrot, and eggs using a coarse grater.

  2. Layer the ingredients as follows: potatoes (with mayonnaise), fish (no mayonnaise), carrot (with mayonnaise), eggs (with mayonnaise).

  3. Top with red caviar and fresh herbs.

  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.




3. Stuffed Eggs with Caviar and Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 6 pcs

  • Cream cheese – 150 g

  • Red and black caviar – 50 g each

  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. Remove the yolks and mix them with the cream cheese until smooth.

  3. Fill the egg whites with the cheese mixture using a piping bag.

  4. Top with red and black caviar and garnish with a bit of fresh herbs.



4. Canapés with Caviar and Smoked Fish

Ingredients:

  • Wild salmon and trout caviar – 100 g each

  • Black caviar – 50 g

  • Hot-smoked fish – 150 g

  • Baguette or white bread – 1 loaf

  • Cream cheese – 200 g

  • Dill for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Slice the baguette thinly and toast the slices in the oven or a dry skillet until golden and crispy.

  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice.

  3. Top with thin slices of smoked fish.

  4. Place red caviar on one half of each canapé and black caviar on the other half.

  5. Garnish with a sprig of dill.




5. Potato Tartlets with Black Caviar

Ingredients:

  • Large potatoes – 3 pcs

  • Black caviar – 100 g

  • Sour cream – 100 g

  • Butter – 50 g

  • Dill for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them, and mash them with butter to make a smooth puree.

  2. Spoon the mashed potatoes into silicone muffin molds, creating small indentations in the center.

  3. Bake the tartlets in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.

  4. Fill the indentations with sour cream and top with black caviar and a sprig of dill.



6. Natural matjes fillets Roll with Red Caviar

Ingredients:

  • Natural matjes fillet – 300 g

  • Cream cheese – 150 g

  • Red caviar – 100 g

  • Lavash (thin flatbread) – 1 sheet

  • Lettuce leaves – for serving

Preparation:

  1. Lay the lavash flat and spread cream cheese evenly over it.

  2. Arrange thin slices of matjes on top.

  3. Add red caviar evenly across the surface.

  4. Gently roll it up and slice into portion-sized pieces.
